Is the training entirely online?

Yes, 100% online: narrated slideshow lessons, PDF summaries, quizzes and bonuses, all in your student area.

When do I get access to the training?

Immediately after payment: you create your password and access your student area.

Which devices can I use to follow the lessons?

A computer, tablet or phone.

How much does the training cost?

Essential: €49 (full training). Pro: €129 (training plus a delivered 10-treatment Pack Pro). Single payment.

Is payment secure?

Yes, payments are processed by Stripe. No banking details are stored on our site.

Is there a certificate?

Yes, an Ozentya certificate of completion is awarded once all the modules have been completed. It is not a state-recognised qualification.

Does the training teach you how to treat alopecia?

No. The method teaches cosmetic advice and observation; if there is any unusual sign, the client is referred to a healthcare professional.

Can I listen to a lesson before buying?

Yes, the first lesson of Module 1 is available for free on the home page.

What do the Packs Pro contain?

10, 15 or 30 Ozentya treatments for professionals, at €10 per treatment.

How are the Packs Pro delivered?

To a Mondial Relay pick-up point (free), by Colissimo to your home address, or at a single flat rate for the French overseas territories.

Can I easily reorder a pack?

Yes, the "Reorder my pack" button in your Pro account repeats your last order in one click.
